Rokara is a tswana traditional rock band that hails all the way from Botswana, it was formed in 2011 as a folklore solo artist but there are now active. All the songs in the album were played by a four string guitar and Rokara was nominated for the best guitarist album of the Botswana district, because of the love of rock, Rokara was formed to play folk songs by the style of rock, it is also a cultural exchange project.
The band is composed of Lead Guitar And Vocals “Shalton Monnawadikgang” Bass And Backing Vocals “Gaolatheope Boipelo” Drums And Backing Vocals “Moemedye Rammona”.

Yeah! we wanted it to be different from what our mother bands does, here we chose to be more classic and too traditional, only singles are going to be released in English.
Shalton Monnawadikgang the vocalist wrote the lyrical content of the album, it was recorded and produced at Teacko Boy Studio.
