LOST&FOUND: ‘Behind the Tour’ Documentary Series & Gig Guide

Lost&Found_side_by Gillian Coetzee - MR

Glen Hodgson and Jason Oosthuizen are no strangers to the open road.  They have respectively played hundreds of shows to thousands of people – Glen as part of The Parlotones and when Jason still drummed for Van Coke Kartel and Black Cat Bones.  When they launched their new project, LOST&FOUND, they couldn’t wait to plan their first tour.

They launched their self-titled debut album in the middle of February 2016 with a successful nationwide tour.  They documented this launch tour and now the duo are releasing the Behind the Tour documentary series in five parts.

Lost&Found released the first episode at the end of March.

LOST&FOUND has just released a lyric music video for their second single from their self-titled debut album, Learning How to Lie.  Glen Hodgson’s vocals perfectly conveys the emotion of this honest and heartfelt song.

Learning How to Lie was written by both parts of the duo. “Jason had some lyrics that he was working on and I had a little acoustic riff, so we really just tracked everything from scratch, and the song has turned out to be a band and crowd favourite,” Glen says about the process of their new single.

Metal isn't for everybody, it's for the chosen few. Most friends I have tell me they don't understand why I like metal, that it is too much noise. They just going to have to listen beyond the noise and the truth is they don't have to figure it out, it is either in you or it isn't. Metal is my morning coffee and it's my night sleeping pills...
